UN is cautious and even pessimistic regarding the solution of Cyprus issue

A weekly newspaper in Southern Cyprus published a document claimed to belong to United Nations (UN) according to which asserted that “UN is cautious and even pessimistic regarding the solution of Cyprus issue”.

 In its news given under the topic “ Cyprus is in Deadlock – UN Seems to Be Pessimistic regarding the Solution of Cyprus Issue” , Katimerini newspaper claimed that UN has drawn a pessimistic picture about the solution of the Cyprus issue in a document prepared on the subject of property last summer.

 According to the news, therein the subject of property is said to be the hardest problem to solve and the possible federation solution wanted for Cyprus is defended to be an extremely hard attempt by giving the examples of countries that experienced genocide, war and disunion due to the fights between nations just like Cyprus.
