President Mehmet Ali Talat of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) received a group of European parliamentarians.

The meeting with members of the European Parliament's High-Level Contact Group for Relations with the Turkish Cypriot Community headed by European Parliament Vice-President Libor Roucek was held behind closed doors.

Earlier in the day, the delegation met with representatives of Turkish Cypriot and Greek Cypriot non-governmental organizations.
