Greek Cyprus President Demetris doubtful about the success of Green tree meeting

Greek Cyprus President Demetris Christofiase doubted about the success of Cyprus talks. The tripartite meeting will hold in Green tree during 22-24 January.

 

Demetris expressed his doubt while he had left for the meeting to New York on Thursday. Demetris stopped in London during his journey and said that nothing noticeable has come out in the past meetings with Eroglu. Both the leaders in their first Green Tree meeting decided to continue the talk from where Mehmet Ali Talat left.

 

Christofiase said, “I have patience, because if I did have any I would have withdrawn from the talks.” He said that North Cyprus leader Eroglu is quite rigid in the matters of property, territory, and illegal settlers.
