Cyprus spokesperson said not to accept any deadline for the Cyprus solution
The House Speaker Yiannakis Omirou says that Greek Cyprus side that should not accept any deadline during meeting with UNSG in Green Tree.
The UN has given the time 1stt July to reach any conclusion on Cyprus issue by then.Greek Cyprus will accept the EU Presidency on 1st July and forming trio with Poland and Denmark.
Omirou said, ‘The President of the Republic must not accept any such attempt, thus direct or indirect arbitration or an attempt to set July 1st as an exhorting timeframe and any other attempt for an international conference without prior agreement on the internal aspects of the Cyprus problem.’
