UNSG Ban-ki-Moon will discuss last week’s meeting points in the World Economic Forum, in Devos.

Ban-ki-Moon met the President of Swiss Confederation, Eveline Widmer –Schlumpf. They talked about the Millennium Development Goals and Rio+20, the situation in the Middle East, Cyprus, and Georgia as well as Switzerland's interference in all.

Ban also appreciated Switzerland foe its efforts in unifying Cyprus. Widmer - Schlumpf said that Switzerland agreed to play a crucial role in the reunification of the two communities in Cyprus.

After the green Tree meeting Ba-Ki-Moon said that in March of April he expects to hear progress at the behalf of special representative Alexander Downer and ''if his report is positive, consistent with the relevant Security Council resolutions and following consultations with the two sides, I intend to call a multilateral conference in late April or early May.''
