Cyprus Ministry detected a ship docked near Limassol

Cyprus Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that a chariot cargo ship was docked in Limassol.

 

The Custom Authority detected a ship in afternoon near Limassole harbor area which had docked probably for refueling. The authorities collected and information and found that Cyprus area was not its destination but because of bad weather it had to dock there.

 

The ship had the flag of St. Vincent and The Grenadines, and belongs to Westberg Ltd. (St. Petersburg, Russia), a Russian shipping company. The ship departed on December 92011 from St. Petersburg port.

The ship is estimated to carry dangerous cargo with destination Syria and Turkey. All the formalities were completed by the company an then the ship got the permission for refuling.
