In Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, the youth group ELAM (Greek popular front) attacked two Asian origins bystanders. A Nigerian man was beaten and forced to go into the path of the moving car. And above all a 15 year old Afro-Cypriot girl was beaten in front of her teacher by her 40 classmates. The strange thing in the case is that although the teachers’ union took action against that teacher but Cypriot police is least bothered to file the case against racial aggravation assault. Even the people give their opinion on T.V. shows or radio talks that he foreigner should not be given the first place.
