Lamaca Airport is preparing itself to receive flights from Egypt. In current time, Egypt is facing political instability. People have come on the roads in the form of huge rallies to protest against the rule of Egypt President Hosni Mubarak.

Out of Two planes which landed in Cyprus, one charter flight carried 150 passengers. Most of them were the embassy members from Middle East.

The Cyprus Foreign Ministry has requested the citizens to stay at Cairo airport for safety.  But as soon as the preparation completes, they may board Greek C-130 aircraft.
