Pursuing efforts in order to socialize disabled citizens
NO OBSTACLES TO LIVING TOGETHER…Pursuing efforts in order to socialize disabled citizens and to make them benefit from all services of society became a current issue again on the December 3rd International Day of People with Disabilities. The necessity of a system in which all children and teenagers of the world have the right of education with their individual abilities and disabilities, hopes and expectations was spoken out.
Concrete steps are started to be taken in our country in order to adapt disabled people to social life. Studies concerning screening calls for “Special Education Law” continue within this scope. A law in line with international standards is aimed to be prepared in colloboration of Ministry of Education and Culture, Social Services Agency and Ministry of Health.
