North Cyprus businessperson Asil Nadir appeared at London Court on Thursday.Nadir was to face trial but because of some professional reasons the proceeding has been delayed.

 
Nadir was one of the distinguished businessmen in Britain in 1980s and 1990s. His small textile firm Polly Pack turned a company. The interest of people in Polly pack share made Nadir popular in stock market. The sudden lose in the business made him alleged of 60 thefts.

 

Before a trial could start, Nadir flew to North Cyprus which does not have an extradition treaty with Britain. Last year he went London to clear cases upon him.
